Delivery

Standard

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail first class, standard parcel or by courier, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

Priority Delivery

Priority delivery is next day delivery - your order will be sent Royal Mail first class or by TNT

Standard: Upto 1kg = £3.95 | 1kg to 2kg = £4.95 | Over 2kg = £6.95

Priority: Upto 1kg = £5.95 | 1kg to 2kg = £6.95 | Over 2kg = £9.95

Adult Coffins are delivered on a next day service and the cost is £35.00 and applies to mainland UK only. Please call for all other destinations (this price does not apply to caskets).

How green is our delivery?

Southgate International aim to keep the carbon footprint of our deliveries as low as possible and use Royal Mail and couriers who actively work to put environmental issues top of their business agenda.

We will endeavour to send out your order for next day delivery, however for orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.
